Returns & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At QuickHub, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products to your doorstep. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products and request refunds.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please report such issues within 2 hours of delivery.

2.2 Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered and pick up the wrong item at no extra cost.

2.3 Missing Items

If any items from your order are missing, please report within 24 hours of delivery. We will either refund the missing item amount or arrange for delivery of the missing items.

📸 Important Note

We recommend taking photos or videos of damaged or incorrect products as evidence. This helps us process your refund faster and improve our quality control.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed (for food safety reasons)
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago

3. Return Process

3.1 How to Request a Return

  1. Through Website: Go to "My Orders" → Select the order → Click "Return Item" → Provide reason and upload photos
  2. Via WhatsApp: Message us at +91 98765 43210 with your order number and issue details
  3. Call Customer Care: Call us at 1800-123-4567 (9 AM - 9 PM)

3.2 Return Pickup

For eligible returns, our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address within 24-48 hours. Please keep the product ready in its original packaging.

3.3 Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is verified, refunds are processed within:

  • Online Payments: 3-5 business days (refund to original payment method)
  • Cash on Delivery: 5-7 business days (refund to bank account or wallet)
  • Loyalty Points: Instant reversal of points used

4. Refund Options

  • Full Refund: To original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, wallet)
  • Store Credit: Instant credit to QuickHub wallet for future purchases
  • Replacement: Fresh delivery of the same product at no extra cost
  • Partial Refund: For partially damaged orders or missing items

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Before Order is Processed

You can cancel any order free of charge before the vendor starts preparing it. Go to "My Orders" → Select order → Click "Cancel".

5.2 After Order is Processed

If the vendor has already started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact customer support for assistance.

5.3 Subscription Cancellations

Subscription orders can be cancelled anytime. No charges for cancellations made before the next scheduled delivery. Paused subscriptions can be resumed later.

6. Subscription Refunds

For subscription orders:

  • Before Start Date: Full refund if cancelled before the first delivery
  • After Start Date: Pro-rated refund for remaining deliveries
  • Paused Subscriptions: No refund for pause period; credits remain for resumption
