1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuickHub website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "QuickHub" refers to the platform, company, and its services
• "Customer" refers to any person who places an order through QuickHub
• "Vendor" refers to retail stores, distributors, and mobile vendors registered on QuickHub
• "Delivery Partner" refers to individuals or entities delivering orders
• "Order" refers to a purchase request placed by a customer

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you place an order, the price is locked at checkout.

4.3 Payment

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account.

4.4 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance. We may contact you for verification before processing.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver only to specific pincodes as determined by vendor availability. Enter your pincode on the website to check if delivery is available in your area.

5.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only. We strive to deliver within the promised time but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any damages caused by delivery delays.

5.3 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, we may charge a restocking fee or cancel the order without refund.

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Plans

Customers can subscribe to regular delivery of products with frequency options: Daily, Alternate Day, Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly. Minimum subscription duration is 7 days.

6.2 Subscription Payments

Subscriptions may be prepaid (full amount upfront) or postpaid (pay per delivery). Prepaid subscriptions offer additional discounts.

6.3 Cancellation and Pause

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds for prepaid subscriptions are pro-rated for remaining deliveries.

7. Loyalty Program

QuickHub offers a loyalty points program:

• Earn Points: 1 point for every ₹1 spent on eligible orders
• Minimum Redemption: 100 points
• Points Value: 100 points = ₹10 discount
• Points Expiry: Points expire 12 months after earning

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

8. Vendor Terms

8.1 Registration

Vendors must provide accurate business information and valid GST registration. QuickHub reserves the right to verify all information provided.

8.2 Product Quality

Vendors are responsible for the quality, freshness, and safety of all products sold through QuickHub. We may remove vendors who consistently receive poor ratings or complaints.

8.3 Pricing

Vendors set their own prices but must not exceed the maximum retail price (MRP). QuickHub may apply platform commissions as per the vendor agreement.

9. Mobile Vendor (Food Cart) Terms

9.1 QR Code

Each mobile vendor receives a unique QR code for customer ordering. This QR code is for vendor use only and must not be shared.

9.2 Direct Payments

Customers pay directly to vendor's UPI ID. QuickHub does not collect any commission from mobile vendor dine-in orders.

9.3 Affiliate Commissions

If a vendor was referred by an affiliate, they agree to pay 2% commission on every dine-in order to the referring affiliate. This commission is automatically deducted before they receive customer payments.

10. Delivery Partner Terms

10.1 Registration

Delivery partners must complete KYC verification and provide valid driving license and vehicle documents before activation.

10.2 Delivery Standards

Delivery partners agree to maintain professional conduct, handle orders with care, and deliver within the promised timeframe. Poor ratings or complaints may lead to deactivation.

10.3 Earnings

Delivery partners earn based on distance, order value, and bonuses. Earnings are credited to their wallet and can be withdrawn as per schedule.

11. Affiliate Terms

11.1 Commission Structure

• Customer referral: 10% of first order value
• Vendor registration: ₹200 fixed
• Vendor dine-in orders: 2% commission on every order

11.2 Payment

Commissions are added to affiliate wallet upon successful order delivery or vendor approval. Withdrawals require minimum ₹100 balance.

11.3 Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertising, or fake accounts to generate referrals. Violation will result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the QuickHub platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the property of QuickHub and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. QuickHub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the service, or the information, content, and materials included therein.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuickHub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of and access to the service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
